Company profile

NC Trust BV is located in the center of Amsterdam and provides management, administrative and corporate legal services to companies established in the Netherlands, owned by non-resident shareholders.

Established in 1984, NC Trust became a fully owned subsidiary of UBS in 1991.
In 1992 the Company was acquired by Delta Lloyd Verzekeringsgroep NV and as a result became an indirect subsidiary of one of the world’s leading insurance companies, Aviva Insurance Group.
In 2001 the shares of the Company were sold and the present management took over control of the Company. NC Trust has been independent of any bank or financial institution ever since.

Now located in the center of Amsterdam, NC Trust BV provides management-, administrative- and corporate-legal services to companies established in the Netherlands and which are owned by non-resident shareholders. During her long history NC Trust BV has built an extensive, informal network of legal and tax experts located in the Netherlands, throughout Europe, the USA, the CIS Countries, India and other parts of the world.
