Gerald Kotterman (Managing director)

Gerald Kotterman (1961) began his career in 1986 as part time lecturer at Newport University, Utrecht, where he taught private law and trade law to students of the Newport University MBA and BBA program.

In 1989 he started working as a tax lawyer with Arthur Andersen & Co, where he advised clients with regard to international Corporate Income Tax matters.

In 1990 Gerald took on the further development and expansion of the trust department within Bank Cantrade (part of UBS later sold to Delta Lloyd). In 1993 Gerald became managing director of the trust department of Delta Lloyd Bank. He was responsible for the management of all the trust companies of Delta Lloyd Bank, business development, human recourse management and all decision-making regarding the trust department.

Within Delta Lloyd Bank he initiated the structured finance activities and was responsible for the sale and acquisition of companies.

Since March 2001 Gerald is a managing director of NC Trust BV (NC Trust BV is the continuation of the trust company of Delta Lloyd). Together with Frank Nagel he is responsible for the management of NC Trust BV.

Gerald is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
