Frank Nagel (1971) began his career in 1995 as a tax lawyer with Ernst & Young where he advised clients with respect to Corporate Income Tax and other legal and tax issues.
In 1998, while at Ernst & Young, Frank changed offices and directed his focus on VAT and (International) Corporate Income Tax related topics. During this period Frank specialised in (International) Value Added Tax matters.
In 1999 Frank accepted the position of Trust Manager at Delta Lloyd. In that position Frank was partly responsible for the trust activities at Delta Lloyd consisting of: the management of companies in the Netherlands, relationship management, business development, sale and acquisition of companies and structured finance.

In March 2001 Frank became a managing director of NC Trust BV (NC Trust BV is the continuation of the trust company of Delta Lloyd). Together with Gerald Kotterman, Frank is responsible for the management of NC Trust BV.
Frank is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
