Administrative services

The administration of companies include the preparation and filing of financial statements and keeping the corporate books and records in accordance with the requirements of Dutch legislation. These services also include the managing of bank accounts and the execution of payment instructions.

Financial reporting services are rendered to a variety of (stock-exchange listed) or state owned clients including private investment holdings and multinational companies and range from:

  • reporting in accordance with individual requirements;
  • different currency formats;
  • different accounting standards (IFRS or Dutch GAAP);
  • consolidation services.
