Legal Services

NC Trust provides legal services to stock-exchange listed and other international companies with subsidiaries in the Netherlands and takes care of the local corporate requirements, ensuring that the client fulfils it obligations under the applicable laws.

NC Trust provides general corporate legal services including, but not limited to:

• Preparing the proxies and minutes of the shareholders- and board meetings;
